“Rescission of Contract”; Exit a Written Contract if Full Terms & Conditions were Not Disclosed OR were Deceptively Confusing

    When a written contract needs to be exited because information was withheld from you, for instance, then a “Rescission of Contract” may be performed to exit that contract in order to not be obligated to perform the terms &/or conditions demanded by the ‘litigate(enacted of suit aka ‘plaintiff’); contracts must be “forthright(straightforward).
