pecuniary injury:

1. An injury that can be adequately measured or compensated by money. [1]

1. An injury, the damages from which are measurable in money.  Such an injury as can be, and usually is, without difficulty, estimated by a money standard.  Broughel v Southern New England Telephone Co. 73 Conn 614, 621. [2]

     A pecuniary injury is considered a type of reparable injury:

reparable injury – an injury that can be adequately compensated by money.

     If an injury in fact is not a reparable injury, it is an irreparable injury:

irreparable injury – an injury that cannot be adequately measured or compensated by money and is therefore often considered remediable by injunction.
