Uniform Commercial Code:

1. A uniform statute that governs commercial transactions, including sales of goods, secured transactions, and negotiable instruments.  *  The Code has been adopted in some form by every state and the District of Columbia. — Abbr. UCC.

One of the Uniform Laws, which has been adopted in much the same form in every state.  It governs most aspects of commercial transactions, including sales, leases, negotiable instruments, deposits and collections, letters of credit, bulk sales, warehouse receipts, bills of lading and other documents of title, investment securities, and secured transactions. [3]

Commercial Code:

1. One of the uniform laws; a compilation of principles formulated through the joint efforts of the National Conference of commissioners on Uniform State Laws and the American Law Institution dealing with most aspects of commercial transactions. 15 Am J2d Com C § 1. [2]

Commercial Law:

1. The branch of the law that relates to shipping, insurance, the exchange of money, brokerage, drafts, promissory notes, and other matters of concerns to merchants.
