Voluntary submission may be implied from a defendant\u2019s conduct within the jurisdiction, for EXAMPLE, by doing business in a state or by operating a motor vehicle within a state (see implied consent statutes).\u00a0 Juris<\/span>diction in personam is also referred to as personal jurisdiction.\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
