The procedural methods and rules used in a court of law<\/strong> &lt;local practice requires that an extra copy of each motion be filed with the clerk&gt;<strong>. <\/strong>[1]<\/span><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">1. <a href=\"https:\/\/reunitethestates.org\/?page_id=8678\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Adjective<\/a>, as distinguished from <a href=\"https:\/\/reunitethestates.org\/\/?page_id=8731\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">substantive<\/a>, law.\u00a0 Those legal rules which direct the course of proceeding to bring parties into court and the course of the court after they are brought in. <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><em>Kring v Missouri<\/em> (US) 17 Otto 221, 231, 27 L Ed 506, 510, 2 S ct 443<\/span>.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">The method of procedure whereby a case is started, parties brought in, and the case conducted to judgment or prior termination, even to add through an appeal. <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><em>Kansas City v O&#8217;Connor<\/em>, 36 Mo App 594, 599<\/span>.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\"><strong>All that relates to the manner in which a case shall be conducted and tried, from its inception to final judgment and execution.<span style=\"color: #800000;\"> <em>Wright v State<\/em>, 5 in 290<\/span>.<\/strong> [2]<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\"><strong>1.
