2.<\/span> Evicting a tenant from his\/ her home by the landlord, or to deprive them of some of the amenities that the tenant pays rent for.\u00a0 This usually occurs when the renter defaults on payment, or might be a result of any\u00a0alterations<\/a>\u00a0that might have been made by the renter to the property, or in case a breach of the original contract has been made in any way.\u00a0<\/strong>[2]<\/span><\/p>\n
