Types of Wrongful Evictions:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Constructive Eviction<\/span><\/a> – a landlord\u2019s act of making premises unfit for occupancy, often with the result that the tenant is compelled to leave.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Retaliatory Eviction<\/span><\/a> – a nearly always illegal eviction that is commenced in response to a tenant\u2019s complaints or involvement in activities with which the landlord disapproves of.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
