The establishment of a limiting condition or qualification; especially, a country’s formal declaration, upon signing or ratifying a treaty, that its willingness to become a party to the treaty is conditioned on the modification or amendment of one more provisions of the treaty as applied in its relations with the other parties to the treaty.\u00a0<\/strong>[1]<\/span><\/p>\n

1. In one sense a grant by a grantee back to the grantor.\u00a0 Precisely, the creation in behalf of the grantor of a new right issuing out of the thing granted.\u00a0 23 Am J2d Deeds \u00a7 262<\/span>.<\/span><\/strong>
