The court considers the contents of the <a href=\"https:\/\/reunitethestates.org\/\/?page_id=5154\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pleadings<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/reunitethestates.org\/\/?page_id=4014\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">motions<\/a>, &amp;\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">additional <a href=\"https:\/\/reunitethestates.org\/\/?page_id=4471\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">evidence<\/a> adduced by the parties to determine whether there is a\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">genuine issue of material fact rather than one of law.\u00a0 This procedural device\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>allows the speedy disposition of a controversy without the need for trial.<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/reunitethestates.org\/\/?page_id=4390\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fed.
