\n(1867)<\/span><\/p>\n

1.<\/strong> A party\u2019s request that the court correct\u00a0<\/strong>a clerical mistake in the judgment \u2013 that is, a mistake that results in the judgment\u2019s\u00a0<\/strong>incorrectly reflecting the courts intentions \u2013 or relieve the party from the judgment\u00a0<\/strong>because of such matters as<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1.) inadvertence, surprise, or excusable neglect<\/strong><\/span>
\n 2.) newly discovered evidence that could not have been discovered through diligence\u00a0<\/strong>in time for a motion for new trial<\/strong><\/span>
\n 3.) the judgment\u2019s being the result of fraud, misrepresentation, or misconduct by the\u00a0<\/strong>other party<\/strong><\/span>
\n 4.) the judgment\u2019s being void or having been satisfied or released. Fed. R. Civ. P. 60<\/a>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
