The depositing party must deliver to the clerk a copy of the order permitting deposit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">(b)\u00a0<strong>Investing and Withdrawing Funds<\/strong>.\u00a0Money paid into court under this rule must be deposited and withdrawn in accordance with 28 U.S.C.\u00a0\u00a7\u00a72041\u00a0and\u00a02042\u00a0and any like statute.
