{"id":4146,"date":"2017-08-08T18:40:47","date_gmt":"2017-08-08T18:40:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reunitethestates.org\/?page_id=4146"},"modified":"2017-08-13T17:50:14","modified_gmt":"2017-08-13T17:50:14","slug":"rule-7-1-disclosure-statement","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/reunitethestates.org\/?page_id=4146","title":{"rendered":"Rule 7.1\u2013 Disclosure Statement"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 7\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(a) <span style=\"color: #800000;\">Who Must File; Contents.<\/span> A nongovernmental corporate party must file <em>2 copies<\/em> of a disclosure statement that:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(1) identifies any parent corporation and any publicly held corporation owning <em>10% or more<\/em> of its stock; or<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(2) states that there is no such corporation.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(b) <span style=\"color: #800000;\">Time to File; Supplemental Filing.<\/span> A party must:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(1) file the disclosure statement with its first appearance, pleading, petition, motion, response, or other request addressed to the court; and<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(2) promptly file a <em>supplemental statement<\/em> if any required information changes.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(a) Who Must File; Contents.
