\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Embassies\u00a0are designed\u00a0specifically<\/span>\u00a0<\/em>so that people overseas will not have their rights violated by U.S. soldiers\u00a0OR<\/span>\u00a0<\/em>by others operating under U.S. authority.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Actually<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>this has<\/span>\u00a0<\/i>to do with one of the very first U.S. flags called<\/span><\/h3>\n

“The Pine Tree Flag”\u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/h2>\n
(no, it was not designed by<\/span> South Park<\/a> creators even though it looks like it was!)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/h5>\n

The “rebel alliance” colonialists who<\/span><\/h3>\n

Declared Independence from England<\/a><\/h2>\n

and<\/em> who drew “big State lines” around<\/span><\/h3>\n

The Corporate Counties<\/a><\/h3>\n

in order to “rope them in” & put<\/span><\/h3>\n

Federal District Courthouses<\/a><\/span><\/h2>\n

in place so they could<\/span><\/h3>\n

File Powerful Court Orders<\/a><\/span><\/h2>\n

& enact<\/span><\/h3>\n

Rights-Protecting Federal Laws<\/a><\/h2>\n

down onto <\/em>the corrupt<\/span><\/h3>\n

Corporate County Governments<\/a><\/span><\/h2>\n

in order to halt\u00a0merchant authorities <\/em>from\u00a0<\/em>delegating laws under “the rule of The\u00a0Crown” rather than\u00a0“on\u00a0behalf of the\u00a0people” were exhausted<\/em> from living for centuries<\/em>\u00a0under an\u00a0unjust, dictatorship called<\/span><\/h2>\n

The Feudal System<\/a>.<\/span><\/h2>\n

This is\u00a0one<\/span> of the reasons that the birth of The United States\u00a0government would eventually<\/em>\u00a0bring about<\/span><\/h3>\n

The 14th Amendment<\/a>,<\/h2>\n

which gives “equal protections of the laws” to all people,\u00a0not just Citizens:<\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n

The “rebels” were particularly\u00a0frustrated\u00a0with<\/em>\u00a0having to deal with<\/span><\/h1>\n

“a foreign government”<\/span><\/h1>\n

with which there was no way<\/span><\/h1>\n

to “appeal”<\/span><\/h1>\n

*from overseas*.<\/span><\/h1>\n

Political Theorist John Locke’s<\/span>\u00a0“An Appeal To Heaven” phrase succinctly connotes that it is Heaven who a People appeal to when forcible resistance is resorted to.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Locke’s<\/a>\u00a0works were well-known &\u00a0frequently quoted by colonial leaders, being the most quoted authority on government in the 1760-1776 period prior to American independence.<\/span><\/h3>\n

“After a long continuance of unjust abuses of power by a government have been patiently suffered &\u00a0all means of redress by earthly authority are ineffectual &\u00a0exhausted, a People are left no alternative than to appeal to a morally just Supreme Judge for final adjudication &\u00a0hopeful vindication of their cause through forcible resistance to achieve redress either through the acquiescence, alteration, or abolishment of the offending government. “<\/span><\/h4>\n

THAT is why The United States has\u00a0Embassies Overseas;<\/i><\/span><\/h3>\n

to enable people overseas to\u00a0<\/span>Petition the United States government & have their Redress\u00a0made\u00a0visible to The People via<\/span><\/em><\/h3>\n

The American People’s Representatives<\/a><\/span><\/h3>\n

so that we may collectively have<\/span><\/h3>\n

Due Process<\/a><\/span><\/h3>\n

& end war as “demanded” by people whose rights have been violated.<\/span><\/h3>\n

That<\/em>\u00a0is also\u00a0<\/em>why the last part of<\/span><\/h3>\n

United States Code “Perjury of Oath”<\/a><\/h3>\n

reads:<\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n

The design of the flag came from General Washington’s secretary, Colonel Joseph Reed. In a letter dated October 20, 1775:<\/span><\/h3>\n

\"Pine<\/a><\/p>\n

Months prior to Colonel Reed’s suggestion for using the pine, the pine was used on the flag that the Colonists flew at the<\/span>\u00a0Battle of Bunker Hill<\/a>\u00a0in June 1775.<\/span><\/h3>\n

The pine tree had long been a New England symbol being depicted on the<\/span>\u00a0Flag of New England<\/a>\u00a0flown by colonial merchant ships dating back to 1686. \u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

The white pine found in New England, specifically the Eastern White Pine<\/span>\u00a0{Pinus strobus<\/a>}<\/em>\u00a0was highly desirable for constructing masts in shipbuilding.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Leading up to the Revolutionary War it became a symbol of Colonial ire &\u00a0resistance.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Due to lack of supply of suitable lumber on the island, England reserved 24 inch<\/span> (61\u00a0cm) diameter trees under<\/span>\u00a0The Mast Preservation Clause<\/span> in the\u00a0<\/span>Massachusetts Charter<\/a>\u00a0in 1691. \u00a0The trees were identified by a Surveyor of the King\u2019s Woods<\/span> (a position of preferment) who would in turn appoint deputies to survey &\u00a0place the<\/span>\u00a0broad arrow<\/a>\u00a0symbol on the tree from three hatchet slashings denoting “property of the Crown”.<\/span><\/h3>\n

The statutes required colonists prior to harvesting trees from their property to have a King’s Surveyor mark the larger diameter trees with the broad arrow and then purchase a royal license to harvest the trees not marked with the broad arrow.\u00a0<\/span> The colonists resented the strictures on the timber used for their needs &\u00a0livelihoods. \u00a0Prohibitions were disregarded &\u00a0they practiced “Swamp Law”, where the pines were harvested according to their needs regardless of statutes.<\/span><\/h3>\n

The colonialists were operating for<\/span><\/h3>\n

Commercial Purposes<\/a><\/span><\/h3>\n

so they were being regulated under something that was called<\/span><\/h3>\n

Admiralty Law<\/a><\/span><\/h2>\n

unbeknownst to them,\u00a0which is why statutory jurisdiction was being used rather than<\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n

Common Law<\/a>,<\/span><\/h2>\n

which is why commercial British Admiralty Registry (BAR)<\/a> lawyers pretty much had the run the gamut inside the<\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n

Vice-Admiralty Courts<\/a><\/em><\/span>.<\/span><\/h1>\n

The Constitution of The United States<\/a><\/h2>\n

would not be written & signed until 1787, &<\/span><\/h3>\n

The Bill of Rights<\/a><\/span><\/h3>\n

would not be written & ratified until 1791!<\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n

In New Hampshire enforcement led to The<\/span>\u00a0Pine Tree Riot<\/a>\u00a0in 1772, where a statute had been in effect since 1722 protecting 12 inch diameter trees. \u00a0After being fined &\u00a0refusing to pay for possessing trees marked with the broad arrow, a New Hampshire mill owner leading other mill owners &\u00a0townsmen assaulted the Sheriff &\u00a0his Deputy sent to arrest him by giving him one lash with a tree switch for every tree which the mill owners were fined, cutting the ears, manes, &\u00a0tails off their horses, &\u00a0forcing them out of town through a jeering crowd. \u00a0This was one of the first acts of forceful protest against British policies, however one could<\/em> see why they were frustrated<\/em> with the unfair & rigged-in-favor-of-the-commercial-lawyers<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Vice-Admiralty Courts<\/a><\/em><\/span>.<\/h1>\n

It occurred almost two years prior to the more well-known\u00a0<\/span>Boston Tea Party<\/a>\u00a0protest and three years before open hostilities began at the<\/span>\u00a0Battles of Lexington and Concord<\/a>.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Note:<\/span><\/h1>\n

In today’s United States governmental design, the statute would be seen as “a victimless crime” & thus<\/span>\u00a0“unconstitutional”\u00a0IF<\/em><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/i>the Citizen were truly\u00a0operating\u00a0for noncommercial purposes,\u00a0&\u00a0<\/em>the Officer\u00a0still\u00a0<\/em>ticketed the person,\u00a0<\/em>they could then\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Calmly Demand The Officer’s Badge Number & Name<\/span>,<\/span><\/h3>\n

& then later simply<\/span><\/h3>\n

File an Affidavit Calling for a Citizen’s Arrest<\/a><\/h2>\n

upon the offending officer in order to “demand” “due process” as guaranteed within<\/span><\/h3>\n

The 5th Amendment<\/a><\/h2>\n

for the crime of<\/span><\/h3>\n

Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law<\/a><\/span><\/h2>\n

in order to have that officer arrested by federal agents so that justice could\u00a0be attained for both the officer & the civilian; technically,\u00a0<\/em>the civilian AND<\/em><\/span> the officer could both hold Congress accountable for\u00a0both\u00a0<\/em>being “put in harm’s way” & collectively gain<\/span><\/h3>\n

A Satisfaction to Grievances<\/a><\/span><\/h2>\n

if they collectively file<\/span><\/em><\/h3>\n

A Class-Action Lawsuit<\/a><\/h2>\n

and<\/em>\u00a0serve upon that statute a<\/span><\/h3>\n
