\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 In certain cases, it is essential to provide notice<\/a> to the person(s)<\/a> who caused you injury<\/a> or loss<\/a>, or who may cause injury<\/a> or loss<\/a> if they do not take certain action(s) if they do not cease and desist<\/a> certain offensive activity.\u00a0 Providing “due notice<\/a>” is an essential element of “due process<\/a>“; ensure all parties<\/a> are property notified.
